This notice explains what Rush Agency collects when you apply and how that information is protected.

What we collect

The application field prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser; it does not save your TikTok handle in the website database. Continuing includes your handle in a link sent to WhatsApp. You must tap Send in WhatsApp for Rush to receive your message. Rush receives what you share in that conversation, including contact information WhatsApp makes available.

Why we use it

Rush uses your message and TikTok handle to review your application and reply about joining the agency.

How it is protected

WhatsApp processes messages under its own terms and privacy policy. The website does not publish your application. Any applications submitted through the former website form remain in its managed database and are not deleted by this change.

How long we keep it

Messages may remain in the Rush WhatsApp account and backups until deleted. You can contact Rush to request deletion of application information, including previous website submissions. WhatsApp separately controls retention of information it processes.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your application information by contacting @Rushltd on TikTok.
